The shipping of your product is our top priority and we are always looking for better solutions to ensure that you, as a satisfied customer, receive your item quickly. However, because the majority of our warehouses are based in China, our shipping and handling times may vary.

Processing Time

As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our suppliers for order verification, quality check and packing, which may take an additional 1-4 days.

Delivery Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We use Epacket's shipping service and the package usually arrives 15 - 20 days from the time it is shipped from our supplier unless otherwise explicitly stated under the product description.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that will allow you to easily find your product directly from our website at any time.  Please note that although most of our shipping companies offer a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Shipping rates:

The shipping rate is based on the order price and has the following rates.

Rate 1: Standard shipping on orders under 1000 NOK is 58 NOK.

Rate 2: Free shipping on orders of 1000 NOK and above.

Rate 3: Home delivery to mailbox for orders under 1000 NOK is 99 NOK.

Rate 4: Delivery to a pickup point for orders under 1000 NOK is 149 NOK.
