Shipping Policy

The shipping of your product is our top priority and we are always looking for better solutions to ensure that you, as a satisfied customer, receive your item quickly. However, because the majority of our warehouses are based in China, our shipping and handling times may vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing Time

As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our suppliers for order verification, quality check and packing, which may take an additional 1-4 days.

Delivery Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We use Epacket's shipping service and the package usually arrives 15 - 20 days from the time it is shipped from our supplier unless otherwise explicitly stated under the product description.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that will allow you to easily find your product directly from our website at any time.  Please note that although most of our shipping companies offer a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Shipping rates:

The shipping rate is based on the order price and has the following rates.

Rate 1: Order price from 0 kr - 308 kr has a shipping rate of 30 kr.

Rate 2: Order price from 308 kr and up has a shipping rate of 50 kr.

Rate 3: Order price from 1000 kr and up has free shipping.
