Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The costs of shipping a return depend entirely on the return option you choose.

If you wish to return your entire order for a refund, a return fee will apply. This also applies if you have purchased over 1000 NOK and you were exempt from shipping costs.
If you only return part of your order, we will only refund the shipping costs for the returned items minus a return fee. This means that we will not refund the shipping costs for the items you choose to keep yourself.

The return fee covers the cost of the return label.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and possibly send you a new product free of charge.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to also process and post the refund.
